PALITAW WITH CHEESE

Ingredients

• 2 cups ground rice flour (galapong) Dash iodized fine salt
2 cups water
1 (180 g) pack of Dairy Essence Filled Cheese
2 cups freshly grated coconut
1 cup sesame seeds, toasted
2 cups sugar

 

Instructions

1. Mix galapong, salt, and water. Make oval-shaped pieces then flatten.

2. Sandwich a slice of Dairy Essence Filled cheese in between 2 pieces of galapong mixture.

3. Cook palitaw pieces in boiling water then drain.

4. Combine coconut, sesame seeds, and sugar in a bowl then roll palitaw in the mixture.
