CHEESY PESTO PASTA

Ingredients

• 1 lb angel hair pasta1/2 tsp olive oil
1 clove of minced garlic
1 1/4 cup pesto
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 can of petite diced tomatoes of an equal amount of fresh diced
pepper to taste
Shredded Dairy Essence Cheddar Cheese, garnished

 

Instructions

1. In a pot, prepare pasta according to package directions.

2. Once the pasta is ready, add oil to a large skillet and heat over medium, add garlic, and cook just until fragrant.

3. Turn off the heat and add pasta, pesto, and tomatoes. Toss together. Add in Dairy Essence Cheddar cheese and pepper. Toss again until combined.
4. Serve topped with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese. Serves 4-6.
