Ingredients
• 1 15-ounce can of Corned Beef 1/4 cup chopped celery
• 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
• 2 tablespoons chili sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
• 4 English muffins split and toasted
• 4 1-ounce slices Dairy Essence Chizmelt Cheese
Instructions
1. Heat oven to 375°F.
2. In a bowl, combine hash/corned beef, celery, bell pepper, chili sauce, and chili powder; mix well.
3. Spread the hash mixture evenly on English muffin halves.
4. Place on a baking sheet.
5. Bake an English muffin for 10 minutes.
6. Cut each slice of Dairy Essence Chizmelt cheese into 4 triangles; overlap 2 triangles on each sandwich.
7. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted
