Ingredients
• 2 pcs boneless Bangus, unseasoned½ cup mayonnaise
• ¼ cup red bell pepper, small diced
• ¼ cup green bell pepper, small diced
• 2 ½ tbsp onion, small diced
• 1/2 + 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella + extra for topping
• 1/2 cup shredded Dairy Essence cheddar cheese + extra for topping
• Salt, to taste
• Chopped parsley, to garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Pat Bangus dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
2. Scrap Bangus meat with a fork and place it into a medium bowl.
3. Add mayonnaise, bell peppers, onion, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, mozzarella, and cheddar into the bowl with the Bangus meat and mix until well combined.
4. Spoon the mixture onto the bangus with the skin side down, placing the mixture where you scraped off the meat.
5. Top with more mozzarella and Dairy Essence Cheddar Cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
6. Garnish with parsley.
